At Skin + Soul, I believe beauty begins where science and self-care meet. My passion is helping people feel deeply well in their skin—balanced, vibrant, and authentically confident from the inside out.
As a Family Medicine physician and Functional Medicine practitioner, I’ve spent over a decade understanding how the body’s inner world shapes the skin we see. When we nourish our hormones, digestion, and stress response, the complexion transforms naturally—revealing the calm, radiant glow that comes from true wellness.
Together with Nicole, our Master Esthetician, we’ve created a space where skin health and whole-body healing coexist. Each treatment is designed to honor your unique story—combining advanced, evidence-based skincare with the art of relaxation and renewal.
My approach is simple: listen deeply, treat thoughtfully, and celebrate every step toward your healthiest, most luminous self. Because when your body thrives, your skin—and your soul—shine.

With a diverse background in healthcare and a passion for skincare, I bring a wealth of experience to my esthetic business. My journey began in family practice and general surgery as a Medical Assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care. It was during my time in a dermatology office in San Francisco that I discovered my true passion for skincare, leading me to pursue my esthetician license at the prestigious Paul Mitchell Cosmetology and Esthetics School.
After completing my training, I honed my skills at a high-end day spa in the Presidio and continued to expand my expertise in a dermatology practice. My career took a personal turn when my husband and I returned to Seattle to start our family. I embraced motherhood while continuing to work in a beautiful medi spa in Issaquah, balancing my professional aspirations with family life.
Now, as our children grow older, I am thrilled to return to my passion for skincare in Boise, Idaho. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their skincare goals, combining my medical knowledge with a holistic approach to beauty.
